百老匯音樂劇Oklahoma!, Cabaret (in German), Chicago (in German and English), West Side Story (3½ years), Annie Get Your Gun, Guys and Dolls, On the Town and42nd Street, 等歐洲巡迴演出導演。執導過的作品包含Two Gentlemen of Verona and The Streets of New York Follies, How to Succeed..., The King and I, Sweeney Todd, A Little Night Music, West Side Story, Show Boat, The Sound of Music。其所執導的音樂劇”It’s So Nice To Be Civilized”, 由迪士尼作曲天王Alan Menken與Miki Grant所共同創作，被提名Audelco Award最佳導演。其所執導的CABARET -Bridgeport Cabaret Theatre並獲得四項Connecticut Critics Circle Award提名，包含最佳導演獎、最佳製作獎、最佳男主角、與最佳女主角獎。Jeffrey也擔任許多電視劇及音樂劇試鏡總監，他並且撰寫音樂劇原聲帶評論《The Theatre mania Guide to Original Cast Recordings》。任教過的學校有American Theatre Dance, Union Square Theatre School，目前為AMDA (American Musical And Dramatic Academy)紐約市總校區音樂劇表演名師之一。
